PA: state field closed complete data is not coming

Hi Team , 

I recently add the field called close complete , however i can not see the data in reports .

after making the changes i have run the job as well , but still data is not reflecting .

how do ifix this ?

need your suggestion

Have you checked whether the data is available in the facts table by going to 'pm_project.LIST' and group by 'State' field.

 

If yes, check whether you have run historical data collection job and not just daily data collection. Check the scores are collected in 'pa_scores_l1' and 'pa_scores_l2' tables by filtering using indicator name and value is available.

 

Below is a sample for 'Number of incidents open' indicator,

Also, the way you have configured indicator source is NOT correct. Indicator source MUST always have a DATE/TIME field for which you are going to collect the data. You can refine filter conditions in your indicator definition.

Do you have any tickets that are in that state "close complete".?

Have you verified how the breakdown and breakdown source is configured?
