I'm trying to accomplish a specific request to measure time spent in "Review" state for KB articles.
I'm unsure of how to approach this in the best way. I have tried to create a script to use for the indicator (using ChatGPT), but I struggle to get it to work. It seems a bit excessive, to say the least.
Hit me with the most simple way to do this!
