How can we achieve this using performance analytics. I have tried time series using report trend over hours then it will show how many incidents closed in that hour.
Is it possible to achieve this using performance analytics.

Dear Shubham, Yes, this is possible with Performance Analytics. Instead of using a standard time-series report, create a PA automated indicator based on the Incident table, filtered for </ state=Closed, /> using closed_at as the date field. Schedule the data collector to run hourly, and then use an hourly time series visualization on your dashboard. This will give you accurate counts of how many incidents were closed during each hour. DM me in case you need additional information knowhow. Let me know how this has worked for you.

Hi @ShubhamK2600572 ,
Why performance analytics? This you can do by normal reporting and report ranges which would be the easiest approach.
