Hi All,
I am new to PA. Please help me here.
I have created one indicator(open unassigned tickets) and added in Pivot type widget later added to dashboard. I am getting results after collecting data using data collector. But issue is if new ticket was created then it is not reflecting in widget.
For example:Today morning after collecting data the count of unassigned ticket is 10 if new ticket created then count need to increase 11 or any ticket assigned to someone then count should be 9. But it is showing 10 only.
Please help me here other than real time score check box(because we need to see updated values in widget only not in analytical hub) and not by using scorecard widget)
Thanks,
Gopi.

Hi @Gopi Krishna1 ,
You need to understand, that performance analytics is utilized to take snapshot of data, and do not update live as a normal report that is created through report designer does. This refer to, that if you have 10 unassigned tickets at 8AM when PA job is running, 1 ticket get assigned at 9AM, the widget will still say 10 unassigned until next time the PA jobs run.
If you would like a widget where data always reflect the reality, you should utilize the report designer and create a report instead of utilizing performance analytics.
