Platform Analytics - Access rights

Hello,

I have a new dashboard in Platform Analytics. I shared it with a team for read view, and at the same time with one member of this team, in a Write view. Which right will be applied: Read or Write?

Best regards

Hi @Nenad Berbatovi

The individual user will have Write access, because when a user is granted multiple permissions for the same object, the most permissive right (in this case, Write) is applied.

Providing dashboard access will use same logic as role based access permissions provided to user using user/groups/role mapping. Higher mapped object will take precedence. That one member will have write permissions to dashboard and all other members in the group will have read-only access.

If this helped to answer your query, please mark it helpful & accept the solution.
