Platform Analytics - Dashboard and Data Visualization issue

Hi all,

Hey everyone,

Wish I could just drop in to say hello, but I’m stuck on an issue I can’t seem to resolve.

I’ve created 3 Platform Analytics > Data Visualizations and added them to a Platform Analytics dashboard.

Here’s the odd part:
When I edit each Data Visualization, I see the expected results. But when I view the dashboard, none of the visualizations show any data.

Here’s what I’ve already checked:

• No dashboard filters are applied

• I’ve tried with and without predefined conditions on my data sources

Still no luck. I’ve been at this for a couple of days now. Has anyone run into this before? Could this be a known bug?

Go to System Definition -> Plugins and update Platform Analytics, Data Visualization and UI Builder plugins to latest version. Clear browser cache, logout and login again and try to access the dashboard. You can also try logging in using Incognito or InPrivate window of your browser.
