Servicenow PA indicator to substitute hours of a month into the script

I should get difference between total hours in a month and resolve time in hours where resolve time in hours field is there in incident form. I should get this difference to get sum of uptime hours monthly, here 

uptime = total hours in month - resolve time in hours 

Please help me with this.
