I am currently setting up a Performance Analytics metric to track the "Number of days without an unauthorized change". The objective is to display this value in a Scorecard widget as a running count.
For example:
- If no unauthorized changes have occurred since June 23, the scorecard should display 7 today.
- If an unauthorized change is detected tomorrow, the scorecard for tomorrow should reset to 0.
I've researched a few possible approaches, including using a Scripted Indicator Source, but I couldn't find any scripting option available in our ServiceNow instance.
Could you advise on the best way to implement this requirement in Performance Analytics? If there is an alternative approach to achieve this behavior, I would appreciate your guidance. Thank you!
