To create a spotlight criteria by checking the data from change and incident table

Hi All,

I have a requirement to create a spotlight criteria for the change record.

To create a spotlight criteria by checking the data from change and incident table

Below are the conditions:

Need to check the affected CI in the change record is having any incident opened on the last 7 days.

if any incidents are opened for the affected ci, need to create a spotlight criteria for those change records.

For creating a spotlight can we get the data by checking these 2 tables - Change and Incident.

By using indicator and spotlight we can use only 1 table as the fact table I believe, am I right?

If we create a data base view to club change and incident table data, and try to create an indicator using that, in that situation it's not possible to create a spotlight in change record.

Anyone please share some thoughts to implement this.

Thanks in Advance

Thanks!
