Want to calculate impact duration for whole month incidents into minutes

I want to show report calculating incidents for every month converting into minutes based on impact duration. Please suggest.

Hi @Kumar74 

Do you want to just show the duration per incident, or do you want to sum it up? If you want to sum it performance analytics is needed - if not, you can utilize the normal report designer.
