Hi Folks!

We are looking for people to join remote feedback sessions about a future tool called Formula Builder. We are interested in learning about the types of formulas you would like incorporated in this low-code tool. We would love to hear from analysts or others who have used Excel, Google Sheets, Smartsheet, or similar data tools to create formulas or calculated fields.

Commitment

  • One 60-min interview via Zoom, sometime between August and September 2021. Sessions will be conducted in English.
  • No preparation necessary. Just come!

Incentive

  • As a token of appreciation, we would like to provide you with an incentive if permissible by your organization’s policies.

How to Participate

  • Please email me directly, elisa.ewing@servicenow.com, letting us know of your interest. My team and I will work with you on scheduling.

Thank you!

Hi @Elisa Ewing .

I realize this post is from 2021, and we are in 2025, but I would like your help with this tool, if you may.

I'm writting from Brasil,  I work for your cliente Banco do Brasil, and I have used ServiceNow plataform for almost 3 years here.

This tool (Formula Builder) is not something that Banco do Brasil uses a lot, but I do. It is simple, easy and fast. I love it.

Anyway, my problem is:  Reports don't recognize the result of this formulas as values, so the reports show these columns as empty. What can I do, please?

thank you.
