What is the calculation behind Actual Hours on the Project? When I pull actual hours, I hesitate if it is accurate data. Sometimes Actual Hours column shows 0 but the total time card hours shows a number greater than 0. Is this a known issue with the Actual Hours field?
Or what data point should I use to show the total hours utilized to date for a project?
@Chetan Mahajan Hi, the doc you shared is 7 years old - is there any more recent information? The doc did not really answer my question, it seemed like 7 years ago Service Now was still trying to figure it out and build out time card / project.
