Adding images in the reports/dashboard

Adding images in the reports/dashboard;

Is it possible to add images in the repots/dashboard is it possible with reports/dashboard itself or PA is required.

Along with the images all other details such as KB articles and other thing should be available in one dashboard. How is it possible?

On dashboard, you can use widget as "New static HTML" and then include image there.

As Harshvardhan suggested use "Content blocks" --> "static HTML":
