Adhoc for Catalog Items - Flow Designer

Hi All, 

Im trying to understand the best way to allow ad hoc task and completion of Request till the end. 

Could anyone share an example of how this is possible using flow designer.

Write the logic to check all SCTASK close status before closing the RITM in the flow, that's only viable option to check within the flow other than any extrenal option like writing a BR on RITM table.
