We are looking to track a few fields on stories in closed sprints. Our sprints are running bi-weekly, Wed-2nd Wed, on a fairly regular schedule. The last sprint was 12/6/23-12/20/23. Here's what I am trying now:
- Indicator Source:
- Valid for frequency: Bi-weekly
- Facts table: rm_story
- Conditions: Sprint.State is Complete AND
Sprint.Actual end date relative after 21 days ago AND
Sprint.Actual end date relative before 7 days ago
- Scheduled Data Collection job:
- Collection parameters: Relative, 3 weeks ago to 1 weeks ago
- Job parameters: Periodically, repeat interval 14 days. (Starting 12/28/23)
But when I run and look at the scoresheet or analytics hub, the periods are broken into ServiceNow's bi-weekly, not the period I'm looking for:
This should only show one set of two week data, but it split (I'm guessing, see how I'm seeing two different totals), I'm guessing because for them bi-weekly locks in to the calendar weeks.
So, I'm not sure I'm collecting the data correctly and I don't see how I can display the data to show one sprint per column. All constructive advice appreciated and feel free to point me at any specific documentation I may have missed that talks about this type of data collection.
