AI Search not working

Hi Community

I have upgraded my instance from Rome to San Diego recently and had configured AI Search for the portal.

But it isn't working on the portal.

Can anyone help me on this?

Since I got the answer, I have not tried the above solution.

The answer is that I have upgraded the instance to San Diego, So Search widgets that we cloned or customized before a system upgrade may not be compatible with AI Search. We can resolve this issue by running a fix script that reclassifies search widget instances.  

As I am using a customized widget that I have previously configured. I therefore used another portal for my purposes.
