Which ACL or System Property controls which users can share dashboards? I'm aware of the pa_power_user role which allows users with the "Write" role on that dashboard to share it. I'm also aware of the sys property that restricts the role(s) which Dashboard owners need to be able to share their Dashboards.
As I mentioned, I would like users with the "Write" role to be able to share the associated Dashboards, even if they aren't the owners. We want this functionality for all users without granting all of them the pa_power_user role.
