Hello @PTD
I've seen this happen a few times in the simulator. In most cases, the issue is that the favorite was created for the Knowledge page rather than the Knowledge module under Self-Service.
Double-check that you're logged in as Platform User [platform.user], pin the All menu, and then add Self-Service > Knowledge to your favorites directly from the Application Navigator.
If you've already done that, try removing the favorite, adding it again, and then click Check My Work. Sometimes the simulator doesn't register the action on the first attempt.
