Assignment group level reports – Bar graph - Tickets received / Resolved / Pending cases for specific period

Hi Nagoor,

Guessing your question is to create assignment group based reports. Here is a hint you can start with

1. Navigate to Reports > Create New.
2. Select Table: Incident, HR Case or anyother of your requirement.

3. Choose the Bar chart as your graph type
4. In the Configure section > Group By, select Assignment Group.
5. For Time Period: Use filters like Created = This Month or Created between Jan and Oct etc.

Similar to the previous report, but here we add Group by as “Assigned to”. There is also an option in Configure section - Additional Group by selection which can be used on Assignment Group.

Then in the filter conditions add State=Resolved etc as required.

Agent wise Production details – Bar graph - Tickets received / Resolved / Pending cases for specific period.
