From what I have read, it appears that ServiceNow has retired the Analytics Hub, now offering KPI Details in its place. Does KPI Details offer the ability to add a free-form score comment to an indicator? If so, please share how this can be accomplished.
My Australia Indicator findings….
- Comments/Notes can be added only to system-generated KPI signals, not to arbitrary KPI score/date points.
- There appears to be indicator-level documentation, but no free-form score comments are available.
I'm looking for something similar to what ServiceNow Zurich Analytics Hub offered with Australia KPI Details.
