Benchmarks - unable to see in Platform Analytics Workspace even though they are indicators

Hi all

I am trying to bring over global benchmarks to compare to our same indicators on the Platform Analytics Workspace; however, they are not visible as an indicator data source.  I can get the score by using the benchmark tables, but then I am unable to create any kind of combined visualization with our indicators (data sources not compatible).  I know there is a visualization available from the Benchmark dashboard, but can't find a way to incorporate that either.  There is an image option as a visualization on the Platform Analytics Workspace, but using the URL to the Benchmark visual isn't working on my end.  I get a blank image. 

Has anyone else done something similar and if so, what am I missing on my end?  Any ideas are welcome!

I was facing the same issue and opened a case on NowSupport where they confirmed they are filtering out Breakdowns where the "Benchmark" field is set to true. I'm challenging them why, as I want to follow best practice and not create custom Indicators for what an out of box one would be available.

In the meantime a solution I have found is to create a new Formula Indicator that is just referring to the Benchmark one. Note that when you use "Browse for an indicator" you won't see the Benchmarks one, but you can just manually type the Benchmark indicator in the formula field, such as [[Benchmark: % of reopened incidents]]
