Can ServiceNow track whether sent emails are opened by the recipient and other click-thru metrics?

Hello community -
Is there a way to enable ServiceNow to track if the emails sent are actually opened and other metrics related to "click-thru" activity. If so, is it native to ServiceNow or a separate plugin/application.

No, ServiceNow does not natively support tracking whether emails are opened or click-through metrics. However, you can achieve this functionality by integrating with third-party email marketing and tracking tools for example Mailchimp or Sendgrid.
