How to get the MTTR of incidents resolved last month

Hi, I'm trying to use a single score visualization to display the MTTR of incidents that were resolved last month. How would I go about doing this?

Hi @ThaiP 

 

do you have performance analytics available? Alternative, you should be able to generate an average of incidents resolved last month based on resolved time. Note, if an incident is resolved last month but reopened, then the score will change.

@ThaiP 

  • Navigate to 'Data Visualizations' from your left navigator in your PDI.
  • Search for name 'Mean time to resolve an incident (by priority)'
  • Click on menu (3 dots on top right) and click Duplicate.
  • Now change the visualization type to Single score.
  • Add condition for resolved in data source as required.
