CEO dashboard - help with renaming a bubble chart and configuring "workflow page"

I am setting up our CEO dashboard, but there are a couple of things I can't seem to find an answer to in the limited documentation that exists.
1. I want to be able to give the Bubblechart on each portfolio page a title - Right now it just says "top workflows" top workflows.png

Also when I click on the "bubbles" I get this:

where and how do I configure the "workflow page"?
