Change dial color Upper limit and Lower limit

Hello,

It seems by default that the color transition is set from red -> yellow -> green when a upper and lower limit is created. Is there a way to change the transition colors on a dial to something else? For example, if the number is less than 1, red; between 1 - 2, green; and over 2, yellow?

You should look into report ranges: https://docs.servicenow.com/en-US/bundle/vancouver-now-intelligence/page/use/reporting/concept/c_Rep... where you can define color, upper limit and lower limit.

Thanks for responding. However, I can't get this to work for the "Dial" score widget using report ranges. Is there another widget or a tutorial you may suggest?
