Kaplan has the CMDB feature enabled in Service Now. We got discovery running. I need to build a report for all the servers in our network that shows detailed information like running processes and software installations. The CMDB Artifacts- Server Configuration Item provides a lot of useful information however I must go in deeper and match the details found when the computer object is clicked. See the attachment. When you click on the computer object you can see software installations and running processes. I need for these two tabs to show up in the CMDB query.

Hello SNOW,
Check the concept of database views where you can combine two tables and generate a report.
Mark correct and helpful if it helped ..!!!

Hi Chalan,
Thanks for the reply. I am reading on this and to create a database view it seems you need access to System Definition?
1) What type of access is needed for system definition? do you just search system definition from the left hand top toolbar?
2) The database view will allow me to see and match the specific data I am looking for the servers in the CMDB report query?
