Hey everyone,
I am struggling with is (what I assume) a simple issue. I would like to create a report that visually combines the results of three other reports. For instance - I would like this report to show escalated incidents, breached SLAs, and reassignments. I have setup the conditions for each of these reports to show what I need but I cannot figure out how to group them to show in a single report that I can use to drill down into each category. I'm not looking to do anything fancy and am using OOTB reporting tools. I am still very new to how reporting works with ServiceNow, but I have not found much related to what I am trying to accomplish here or anywhere else. In essence, here is what I would like to accomplish:

Hi Dan,
yes, you can do this fairly easily in the Report Designer, but you have to go through specific steps in a specific order. Basically, you'll first be creating a regular report and then adding datasets.
So, create your first report the normal way, with settings, filtering, etc, and then you have to Save the report to be able to continue.
Now, you have a new icon at the top right:
Click on that, and choose Add dataset. Give it a name, fill out the different values for your second report (there will be much fewer choices now, since the second report must be in harmony with the first one). Once you're done, you must again Save in order to see the result.
Now, repeat for your third report, adding another dataset.
More detailed info here:
good luck, hope that helps /Tommy

This made me happier than any community post should have lol. Thank you for this. I have been trying to figure out a way to compare a report of cases created versus cases assigned and this helped me perfectly fit my requirements!

This is exactly what I need to do as well. When I get to the part of adding datasets, I don't get an Add Dataset option to click on. All I get is ADD DRILLDOWN. Is this a SNOW version issue ?

What type of report are you using? Not all reports support multiple data sets.
