Create a Favorite that shows anything assigned to me that is not closed.

Hi,

I'm trying to create a favorite that will show me absolutely anything I'm personally responsible for that is not closed/completed. 

I thought I had this accomplished using this filter: (Tasks View: Default)

However, I noticed is wasn't showing me an active CTASK that was open and assigned to me.

Also, I noticed there is a Change Request assigned to me that is awaiting me to click "IMPLEMENTATION", that is not showing. 

It's been pretty good, but how can I modify the filter to extend catching anything else like the examples I gave?

Any assistance would be much appreciated.

I think the filter is fine. Check the active field on those records. They may be set to false due to code error or other issues.

I don't see an "Acitve" field. Not sure if this is hidden or not. I do see a "State" field, where it will show open and such. However, I have a CR that is on the state "scheduled", which isn't showing in my filter I showed above.

You can add the active field to the list view to see the value. Check the change request table directly to see if it shows when you have active = true in the filter.

You can use the OOTB module such as My work, my approval and make it as favorite  it will contain all incident request,change,ritm
