Create a Favorite that shows anything assigned to me that is not closed.

Hi,

I'm trying to create a favorite that will show me absolutely anything I'm personally responsible for that is not closed/completed. 

I thought I had this accomplished using this filter: (Tasks View: Default)

However, I noticed is wasn't showing me an active CTASK that was open and assigned to me.

Also, I noticed there is a Change Request assigned to me that is awaiting me to click "IMPLEMENTATION", that is not showing. 

It's been pretty good, but how can I modify the filter to extend catching anything else like the examples I gave?

Any assistance would be much appreciated.

Maybe it's a way the admins have our system configured, but the MY * queries don't show anything I'm looking for. The Closest I've been able to see anything specific to me is the filter/view I showed above.
