Create a report with indicators in platform analytics

Hi ,

I have a requirement to create a report like in the attached screenshot. Generally it's created in power bi , but they want to create in the same way in ServiceNow as well.

4 hours should be the fixed line, as there fixed RTO of 4 hours for Tier 0. In x axis they want outage number to show up amd y axis they want the number of sum of outage duration.

If anyone can help with the report please?

Whether it's using indicator or a data visualization.

 so where do you get stick and what is your experience level with reporting/ performance analytics?

I am very good with native reporting and I have learnt platform analytics data visualizations recently i.e., drill downs , multiple data source with the help of database view tables.

if you can help me with any videos or docs for this report , I will definitely learn on that part.
