Create new Widget template

Hello all,

I have created some Performance Analytics widgets, type "score" and we can choose between 3 templates.
Template 1, Template 2, Template 3.

I would like to modify the "Template 2" (or clone it first) to display the % of gap between the target and the current score instead of display the difference compared the previous period.
Anyone knows how I can do that?

I'd like to know if there is a way to create our own templates. I'm surprised that no one from ServiceNow has acknowledged or responded to this after so many years.

My organization is looking to do the same. It would be extremely helpful to be able to modify or create our own templates. Any information from the platform team would be helpful!
