Create report for standard change, Normal CHG, Emergency CHG and show volume and %

I want to create reports for standard change, Normal CHG, Emergency CHG which show volume and % for it.

Can I do it in simple report or need to use Performance Analytics widgets? 

It will be helpful if guided step by step.
