Creating a report to show all Incidents and RITMs

Hi there,
I need to create a report to show all Incidents and RITMs assigned as a total for each member of my team. I created one using the the source table of Task[task] but it appears to not show any ticket with a state of Awaiting Information. If I create a report just looking at Incidents and a separate one just looking at RITMs then these added together are always higher than the combined report. The filter I'm using for the combined report is below.

Table: Task [task]
If I change the state to only look for Awaiting information I get 0 but I can see tickets in the other 2 reports which are specially looking at Incidents and RITMs that there are tickets with that state.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,
Can't really help you with the issue going on as the basic conditions you'd need to do are:
-Task type
-Active
-Group by assigned to perhaps
That's about it....if it's not pulling in other incidents or tasks then you're not using the right condition builder or something else is off on your instance.
