Creating a report using incident metric table

We want to see all the incidents transferred history to any group in a report.
for example, If an ABC ticket is created and it is assigned to suppose A group and then again it is transferred to B group..I want to all these in a report.
Can anyone help me.

I also have the same requirement to the catalog task table where I have to create report "initial assignment group is ABC and new assignment group is not ABC. could you pls tell me how you solved it will be very help full
