Unable to create report for associated /affected CI of Incidents, Changes and problems - Zurich

Hi,

I am trying to create a trend report per specific class to see following, Could you please guide me step by step how to achieve this with OOB platform analytics. 

- which CI has highest high priority incidents reported (last 6 -12 month)
- which CI has highest Normal successful/failed changes (last 6 -12 month)
- which CI has highest open Problem Records (last 6 -12 month)

I attempted following approach but no success

1. Table: task_ci
2. Filters:
   • task.incident.sys_idISNOTEMPTY
   • ci_itemISNOTEMPTY
   • task.opened_atONLast 12 months
3. Analytics Center visualization:
   • Type: Line
   • Metric: COUNT (not distinct)
   • Trend by: Month by Task → Opened
   • Group by: (none)

Expected: one monthly line. Actual: “Unable to display content.”
Workaround that works: Same dataset in Core UI time‑series does render;
