Creating Custom Event in User Experience Analytics

Hi All,

We are looking for some samples script on how to create Custom event in User Experience Analytics with little explanation.

Just FYI - I am aware how OOTB events work on UEA and also gone through below Docs link which was not so helpful in your requirement:

If someone have actually implemented it, good if can get some guidance.

@preethigovi Were you able to achieve the goal of creating new events? I am interested in knowing the time from portal navigation to ticket resolution.
