I was referring to ServiceNow provided process document related to performance https://www.servicenow.com/content/dam/servicenow-assets/public/en-us/doc-type/success/workbook/inst...
At step 1 Review the System Diagnostics homepage: there is point mentioned as below:
Track this information in a spreadsheet or a table in your instance.
Include the uptime, number of errors since the last restart, the number
of transactions performed, and the number of logged-in users for each
node. While the Now Platform® does have built-in performance
graphs that show this information, they’re rendered on a per-node
basis. If you spot an uncharacteristic jump in these numbers, it can be
a good indicator there is an underlying performance issue you need to
identify and address.
Could you please let us how can track this information on table or create a report on this information.

Reading this, it makes me think that this information is not gathered automatically, but needs to be gathered manually and then you can put it in a spreadsheet (or a table in SN) so you can keep track of any trends on these. If you put it in SN, you can of course easily create a report, put it on a dashboard and see if any weird jumps are in the numbers.
Please mark any helpful or correct solutions as such. That helps others find their solutions.
