Dynamic Reports in Service Portal

Hi,

I've searched and searched but to no avail. Is there any way to display reports in Service Portal and let the end user specify the filter, or more specifically set a user specified date in the Service Portal?


The reason I ask is that the end users that are interested in certain statistics do not work with the ServiceNow backend and would like to monitor certain metrics via the portal.

Are you looking for interactive filters?  I'm not sure if they do or do not work on Service Portal.  While you need a Performance Analytics license to use them, you can write custom interactive filters as well.

Yeah I looked into that. Those are only for dashboards I believe. None the less I was hoping to do this outside of PA. 🙂
