Dashboard reports not displaying all records within a group for some users.

We have some incident reports that are grouped by assignment.   If you add them to a dashboard, they do not display consistently for all users.  For some users, it will only display 20 records per grouping.  For another user, it displays all the records within the grouping.  Is there a user setting that controls this?

Hi,

What type of report\gauge are they? If it's a list, then the number of rows displayed per page is set by the user preference in line with all of their other list views, the default being 20.

It is a list and I had forgotten about the setting at the list view.   That did it.   Thanks.
