Hello all,
I have a dashboard that contains a report widget. This report is related to incident table.
The user has access to the dashboard, but can not see the actual data of the report.
Does the user need to have access to the incident table? If so, do I need to create an ACL read rule for incident table with the user's role?
What I am doing wrong?Any ideas?
Thank you in advance.

It is not the ACL, please share the Report with the end user. And they should then see the same.
So check in the sharing, only those users can see the Reports no one else, hence the error.
Please Mark as ✅ Correct if this solves your issue and also mark ???? Helpful if it helps resolve your problem.
Thanks,
Saji

Hi Smith,
Have you shared that report with any user or group or any role based?
If not share like this, then your report will be visible on Dashboard.
Only one sharing option is allowed per report. For example, it is not possible to share with Everyone based on a role and also share with specific users.
I hope it will help you.
Please mark Helpful and Correct if it helps.
Thanks..!

If the user is not able to see the Data inside the Report, then have a look at the Read ACL of the Table.
once the user has the access mentioned in the Read ACL, he should be able to view the data in the Reports.
Thanks,
