Within the Platform Analytics Library, data visualisations and dashboards are only displayed if they have been shared with the user or with the group of which the user is a member.
However, the idea behind a 'library' is that these data visualisations and dashboards should be visible to everyone, so that they can be reused and anyone with access to the library can subscribe to an item.
Because the library does not provide a comprehensive overview of all active data visualisations and dashboards, each report/dashboard creator produces their own new version, resulting in a significant increase in the number of visualisations and dashboards. This is inefficient and difficult to maintain.
Question 1: Can the complete list of active data visualisations and dashboards be made visible to all PA users, regardless of whether or not they have been shared with the PA user? In short, a showcase function.
Question 2: Is there a way to facilitate the subscription process, including the request and approval process, for the data visualisation/dashboard owner?
