How do I add predefined ranges in date filters?

ErikJ1

Hello Community!

I have created a dashboard using a date-filter. But the predefined ranges do not match my need.

I would like to have a predefined range that lets the user filter on "Before 6 months ago".

Is it possible to add new predefined ranges?

And if it is possible, where do you add new predefined ranges?

Kind regards

Erik Jensen

These are the kinds of date-filters I am reffering to: https://www.servicenow.com/docs/bundle/yokohama-now-intelligence/page/use/par-for-workspace/task/cre...

But the docs doesn't explain if it's possible, or how you add a new predefined range.

@ErikJ1

you can't add your custom choices here

The available date ranges must be defined somewhere.

Are you sure it's not possible to add your own to the platform?
