Data Visualizations Filters

Hello,

I'm trying to add a dashboard filter using the overall Program (project/demand) table. I was able to tie most of the individual visualizations the the Program filter, however, having trouble connecting the Time Card table to Program. I've tried dot-walking the Time Card filter different ways to get to Program, but nothing is working.

Below is a screenshot of one way I've tried.

Does anyone know how to tie the Time Card table to a Program filter?
