Date Filter component is not applied on Indicator Dashboard in UI Builder

Hi All,

We have a requirement to create a custom Date Filter on Software Asset Workspace Home Page. 

We have number of reports on the Home Page which is actually a PA Indicator source.

The normal select Filter component is working fine for the Indicator where in the Date Filter is not working. The Data on Indicators does not seems to change. Has anyone created Date Filters for Indicator Source in UI Builder.

@jeffrubinoff  Yes I followed the same steps but the date filter is not being applied. I'm doing this in UI builder. I have created a data visualization component, its not a inline editor

and you are trying to apply it to a time series visualization?
