I want to convert the last part of the URL to the incident number. basically the unique record which can navigate to an incident number(example : INC0001133)
getting URL as the input and finding the incident number is my task . I am not able to find what encoding technique is used to reverse the input string and find the INCIDENT number . someone please help.
