Hi Vipin,

The ACE report is a report that provides information about potential problem areas within an instance. The tool scans a set of predefined configuration scenarios that may result in issues related to performance, manageability, upgradability, scalability, and security. The scenarios are tied to a ServiceNow configuration best practice. The ACE tool is a read-only operation and simply reads records on an instance. It doesn't have an impact on the instance when it's running.
