Morning All,
i'm amending a dashboard I have created and one of the widgets displays a report which shows outstanding tickets assigned to the technicians on the team. I need to have a column which shows the outstanding time till the SLA breaches in days, minutes and hours but am unable to find the correct selection.
Please can anyone point me in the correct direction?
