I didnt found the LEAD TIME indicator in the Agile Development 2.0 OOTB dashboards.

Does anyone use the LEAD TIME indicator to manage your Agile Team?

How do you created this indicator in Servicenow?

Hi @RodyDio

Sorry, but I’ve never heard the term “lead time” being used in Agile. Lead time is mainly used in Change Management.

While the Kanban Guide focuses on flow, it defines Lead Time consistently with the Kanban Method body of knowledge:

Lead Time is the elapsed time from when a work item is requested until it is delivered, representing how long a stakeholder waits to receive value.

This definition is used across Kanban literature as the customer‑centric flow metric, measuring the movement of potential value through a Kanban system.

I understand that is the time that a Story goes to "Ready" (or the commitment point) state until it is "Closed" (deliverd / completion)
