Does pa_viewer role consume license?

Hi All, 

I want to share a dasboard with some people who does not have a license in Servicenow. Can I use pa_viewer role for this?

Hi, I think just by pa_viewer role the dashboard will be visible but you wont see the consistent report, You must have an ITIL role atleast otherwise they might not see tickets.

Since its related to license, please do check internally with your management or create a HI ticket for confirmation on this as there should be details in place regarding licenses.
