dynamic report for each month

Hello Experts,

I need you help in making the report dynamic for displaying data for each month.

Every month we are doing a manual process of modifying the report.

e.g.

today I will be modifying the condition as

from

Request item Closed between 2022-02-18 00:00:00 and 2022-03-17 23:59:00>Request item Approval = Approved

to

Request item Closed between 2022-03-18 00:00:00 and 2022-04-17 23:59:00>Request item Approval = Approved

So, as you can see above : from ""february - march" we had this report....then the next month we have to make the changes to March-->> April.

Can you please help here!!

Hi there!

You can use below filter condition

"Closed between Last Month and This Month"

will this automatically fetch the details of the next month without making any changes to the report. We want the mechanism to be dynamic enough to share reports based on the filter condition.

Yes it fetch data by itself next month without making any changes to the report.

you can run a scheduled job monthly at particular time and update the report filter condition via script

check this link where I shared solution; just enhance it to calculate current and next month

Can we write script to change reports filter condition?
